Access to the estate, surrounded by vineyards in the heights of Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, by a private road leading from the road to the portal. Due to its location, the Les Palmiers domain is a true oasis of tranquility.
The estate, terraced like the vineyards of the region, extends over more than 5000 m2.
The main residence has two parts: the level overlooking the swimming pool includes the kitchen, open onto the dining room and the living room. Three terraces offer a 360° view of the surroundings, allowing total relaxation, from the early morning to the spectacular Provencal sunsets, which bathe the landscape with soft orange reflections.
The entrance leads directly, via a staircase, to the lower level of the house, where is the games room, equipped with a billiard table, a rower and a Power-Plate. A hallway leads to a large bedroom equipped with a bed and two sofas, with toilet and private shower. Here too, the view of the olive trees and the sea is splendid.
Crossing the garden below, typical Provençal with its almond, apricot and cherry trees, one arrives at a romantic maisonette made of natural stones. Carefully restored, it combines the charm of an ancient building with contemporary comfort.
All rooms are equipped with a TV. The main building is equipped with an alarm, electric shutters, internet (wifi) and satellite TV.
