Come and meet a cutler, a passionate craftsman who will introduce you to a centuries-old craft with multiple skills.

You will be offered a demonstration of how to work with steel at the forge, wood and leather. You will then learn about the different stages of manufacture, from the choice of raw materials to the creation of unique and exceptional pieces.
