Situated in the High Var Verdon, on the Gorges road, the Truffle House welcome you in the heart of Aups in an ancient XVII century hospice. The House propose a ludic submersion in the mysteriousand underground atmosphere of the Aups black diamond. You will enjoy a gourmet morning around the truffle of Aups which will include a guided tour of the House and a tasting of truffle toast and a glass of wine. At lunch a menu “Flavor Truffle Summer” (seasonal starter + black truffle dish + wine and coffee) will be proposed. In the afternoon you will participate to an olive oil assembly workshop at Domaine de Taurenne in Aups. A bottle of olive oil will be offered.
