Situated in the Haut-Var Verdon terriory, on the Verdon Gorges road, the House of the Truflle welcomes you in the heart of Aups in an ancient XVII century hospice. The House proposes a ludic submersion in the mysteriousand underground atmosphere of the Aups black diamond. You will enjoy a gourmet morning around the truffle of Aups which will include a guided tour of the House and a tasting of truffle toast and a glass of wine. At lunch a menu “Flavor Truffle Summer” (seasonal starter + black truffle dish + wine and coffee) will be proposed. In the afternoon you will participate to a truffle hunt on field followed by an introduction to truffle cooking by chef Fanette Aymé.
