THE CEILTIKA ENSEMBLE
The ensemble Ceiltika was founded in 2012 in the Var region of France, through meetings between several musicians and singers from both classical and traditional music backgrounds, who are passionate about the rich musical heritage of Celtic culture.

The repertoire is made up of traditional songs and music from Ireland, Scotland, Brittany and Galicia, performed in English, Gaelic or Breton, for a journey through Celtic lands, from the Middle Ages to the present day, in a dreamlike and poetic atmosphere.

Voice, harp, fiddle, Irish flutes and bagpipes, percussion, guitar, keyboard ….
The ensemble offers several performances, from a simple duo to 6 musicians.
